Okay, okay, to all of you that wrote me on my website and told me I should post, here I am. :)Thank you for all of your nice letters and emails. I decided to quit lurking and finally become a part of the board.
It's so encouraging to see the number of JV fans on this board since it is so new a show. Thank you all for the constructive criticism- I do appreciate it. As I mentioned on my website, sometimes your harshest critics can be your best teachers. I've seen a lot of questions posted here, and perhaps I can help answer some of them from time to time.
One little side note I thought I'd pass on: I have a little rule about the episodes. It's called the "Jules' Sideburn" rule. The longer my sideburns are (earlobe level usually), the better the episode, I think. As time passed, my sideburns grew, and we got to know each other better as an ensemble cast, and know our characters better. Thus, better episodes in my opinion. While this isn't true on all episodes- (i.e. "Southern Comfort") I feel it's basically correct for most of them. I thought I'd throw this tidbit in for fun.
So, thanks for making me feel at home here. I think we are really blessed to have such a nice collection of people watching the show. I'm leaving to attend NATPE tommorrow- so I'll be back around later in the week.
