Hello,

As some of you know I have been over in England working, visiting and generally being a malcontent and pub fixture. I did speak to Michael while there but unfortunately our schedules were really screwy and we didn't hook up. He was in France working during my only two days in London so...both too busy. Francesca and I also narrowly missed each other. I dropped a note off at her London theatre before heading north and she called my London flat after I left to tell me she was off to parts unknown until mid July. Lovely message from her though and she sounds happy and healthy. Ironically her costar in "God Only Knows" Derek Jacobi is on his way here to Toronto to star in a film a friend of mine is directing. I'm not name dropping...just thought it was a funny cowinky-dink.

Long story short I didn't manage to get those pictures I promised several of you of M.P. and F.H. this time around. Maybe when I return there later this year.

Anyway, much unpacking and such to tackle now so I will end this here.

Desperately in need of fruit, fresh vegetables and something other than fried food...
